Beevvy is a community connector, not a partnership with Anthropic.

Beevvy connects to AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT through a secure MCP connector. Business owners can run their loyalty program from a conversation: check performance, manage missions and rewards, understand followers, and prepare announcements.

Connector URL and requirements

https://mcp.beevvy.com

Authentication: OAuth 2.0. Sign in with your Beevvy account. Requirements: a Beevvy business account, including the free plan. Regular members can read their profile, notifications and messages.

How to connect in Claude

In Claude, open Settings > Connectors > Browse connectors and search for Beevvy, or use the Add Beevvy to Claude button above.
Alternatively, use Add custom connector with https://mcp.beevvy.com.
Sign in with your Beevvy account.
Allow access to complete the connection.

How to connect in ChatGPT

Beevvy for ChatGPT is in review with OpenAI. Until it is listed, you can add a custom MCP server with https://mcp.beevvy.com in ChatGPT developer mode.
Sign in with your Beevvy account and allow access.

Permissions and safety

Every action runs as the signed-in user, with Beevvy's access rules enforced. You only see and change your own business data.
Read-only tools never change data.
Tools that send messages or change data ask for confirmation in the assistant.
Announcements can be previewed first and recalled within 15 minutes.
Beevvy never transfers money or processes payments through the connector.
You can disconnect at any time in the assistant's settings.

Data and privacy

The connector can return the account profile, notifications and message threads, missions and submissions, rewards and redemptions, follower activity, segments and tags, announcements and campaign statistics, Smart Automation settings, and connected-store order totals used for revenue attribution. Access is limited to the signed-in account. We do not sell this data. Disconnect in the assistant's settings or contact support@beevvy.com.

Troubleshooting

Sign-in loop

Clear cookies for Beevvy, then sign in at https://app.beevvy.com first. Return to the assistant and try connecting again.

Not a business account

Business tools require a Beevvy business account. Sign in with the account that owns your business. The free plan works. Regular members can read their profile, notifications and messages.

Tools missing after updates

Disconnect and reconnect Beevvy in the assistant's settings to refresh the available tools.
